    A direct quote from the Russ Meyer biography Big Bosoms & Square Jaws:

    Various authors have erroneously listed an early sixties picture called Steam Heat either as an alternate title for Teas or as a 'lost' Meyer film. RM had nothing to do with Steam Heat, which I believe was alternately known as Mr. Teas' Magic Spectacles. Little is known about the film other then the fact Bill Teas starred in it.

    That should clear it all up for ya, pick up the book its a super quick read.
